The Zombie Aluminum Core is designed in-house and manufactured using state-of-the-art machining technology. What sets it apart from other aluminum cores? The Zombie core is machined from a solid billet of aluminum, using the same manufacturing processes employed in making our famous Power Trac racing plates. This gives it increased strength and enables us to machine the hub with greater precision than any other hub on the market. As a result, we achieve a perfect fit between the bearing and inner core. The cores are then treated with a special anodizing process to enhance hub durability and urethane bonding. This technology is exclusive to the Zombie wheel line.

The Zombie Insane Urethane is specially formulated to our exact specifications, which we have developed over 75 years in the skate wheel business. What sets this wheel apart from the rest? All our wheels are poured using a precise time schedule to ensure consistent product quality across the range. Typically, wheels are poured over a period of time, sometimes spanning days. This can lead to variations in wheel characteristics depending on when they were poured - whether it be different days or even morning versus afternoon. Our wheels have a size of 62mm x 45mm and feature the Anodized Aluminum Core. They are available in 89a, 92a, 95a, and 98a durometer ratings. Each pack includes 4 wheels. They are ideal for speed skating and roller derby, and can be used on any indoor surface.
